WILCON SJ is a functional soy protein concentrate which possesses strong water-binding, oil-binding, emulsification and gel properties. It has minimal bean smell, does not create dust and has a good feel. The product also possesses strong salt-tolerance and good stability when affected by external tension (heating, cooling). Widely used in meat product, processed fish product, bakery food and infant food applications.
